Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure all furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and placed back into its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Arrange for a professional carrier pickup or bring the item directly to our Dallas-Fort Worth warehouse location during standard business hours.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item for damages, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
